Shade Weave operates as the exclusive distributor of Ultrasol shading products across Western Australia, Victoria, and South Australia. Our role is to connect clients with accredited blind manufacturers who will quote, design, and manufacture Ultrasol window treatments. Shade Weave itself does not perform manufacturing or installation services.

3. Services Provided

Shade Weave provides the following services:

• Distribution of Ultrasol shading fabric products to blind manufacturers
• Referral of clients to accredited blind manufacturer partners
• Product information and technical support relating to Ultrasol products
• Consultation regarding appropriate Ultrasol product selection

All manufacturing, installation, quoting, and after-installation support is carried out by independent blind manufacturer partners and not by Shade Weave directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Shade Weave or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Ultrasol brand, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used by Shade Weave under licence.
